2019 s560
2019 S560 Malfunctioning Sunroof
Hey guys, I have a 2019 S560 and the left side of the sunroof doesn't open. The right side is stuck in the open position and when you try and close it, the right side goes down and then immediately goes back up automatically. Anyone hear of this issue before or how to fix it?

I didn't know only side would go up or down independent of the other. Are you saying it doesn't go back at all? Just up and down?

the right side doesn't go down. its twisted.. left side is down right is up

When I had a similar situation, the dealer had me hold the switch in the down position for several seconds and it reset to the correct position.

I would take it to the dealer. Under warranty, I wouldn't screw with it.

Exactly, I wouldn't listen to us... just rush over to your dealer ASAP. Let them fix it at this point.
