Aftermarket Brakes

Has anyone purchased rotors and pads from the following link, https://www.carid.com/2015-mercedes-s-class-brakes/
If so can you give any reviews to quality and fitment, I'm asking as my rear brakes are at 15% and need changing soon
Thanks

2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.
EBC Red stuff pads are about the best for the money and will give you 20 to 30 percent better stopping power over the stock ones and less brake dust.

My 2015 S550 has the sport package, does anyone know if the rear brakes on these come with or without heavy duty brake package. The reason i ask is i found a rotor and brake pad package on CARiD for about $350 for cars without heavy duty brake package
The brand was Z23 Evolution Sport Drilled and Slotted Rear Brake Kit, has anyone installed these
