No more MB:(
There are others with more first hand knowledge but based on the this forum the W222 has been a pretty solid car. Especially the post face lift 2018+.

I am on my second post-facelift W222. Have had a very good experience so far. Get the newest car you can, extend the warranty, do your maintenance and you should have a good experience. Oh, and go for 19" wheels MAX and save yourself lots of heartache with bent rims, cracked rims, and blowouts. Ideally get the 18"s; I think it's far and away the best choice for the car.

Hard yes on the rims. 19's max. It's a luxury car not a GT car.

No worries is the quick answer. The only thing that came to mind was a few discussions of gremlins on the 2018s. A few complaints of wind noise and a few had camera issues. Most likely the cars in question were repaired by now and they are OK. I too have been in and out of 10 MB cars over the past 30 years and the W222 has been the most reliable car. I think the W222 is the last traditional Benz that will be manufactured as they are becoming more and more technologically laden. With the W222, you get the perfect mix of solid construction and technology.
