I've never been able to establish any data connection with my 2015 despite having all Mbrace subscriptions. Anyone know what's going on with the system or how to get around this?

I had similar issues a few years ago... I cancelled the service...

however I think it may be improved now

Someone will likely offer the solution to assist you... I have lived okay without it but I do wonder about ithe service from time to time

Just answered the same thing on another thread. Live in San Diego and it never worked. Tried again year later and again it didn't work. Gave up!

Yup, I had the same issues. Overall my 2016 S550e is a real car, my brothers Tesla 3 feels like a science projects in comparison, but the MB connected features suck. I just hit my 5 years and they cut off my app, didn't even notice it until 1 month after it was gone. The amount of $$ they are trying to extract after purchase is stupid and their stuff doesnt' work very well. That all said I would take my S-Class over any Tesla hands down.
