S class W222 12v outputs

S class W222 12v outputs
Hi all,
I have bought an MB cooler for an S class w222, it works when i plug into cigar lighter socket but it does not if i use any of the other three outputs, boot and two in rear for passengers, i checked the fuse box in the boot and the relevant fuses 461, 462, are not there so simple it seems, i am a little concerned as to why they are not there (15amp) may there have been a problem and so removed,
Also the 12v plug is an ill fit in the extra 12v outlets, it fits perfect into teh cigar lighter.. have these changed?
Can anybody advise please, is it usual MB dont insert these fuses at POS?
