I'm having an issue on my 2015 S550 where the Media option when clicked is providing no further options to select. For instance if the radio is playing, and I click the Media option to stream bluetooth audio from my phone, everything just goes silent with no additional Media options popping up to select. The screen just stays on whatever selection it is currently on, it's like the Media option is not even registering that it has been selected. I have tried resetting the system through the menu as well as holding down the CD eject button for 10 seconds where the system reboots itself, but nothing has worked. Has anyone experienced this, or have any suggestions to try?
