Volume Burmester audio a bit low

Volume Burmester audio a bit low

I have a facelift w222 with the Burmester audio, so no 3d. When playing music via BT, Android auto and even USB the volume of the music isnt that high as i might expect. My W221 was way, way louder. Couldnt set it to the max. Now its reasonably hard but not more than that. Checked the standart menu things, but nothing really helped. Is there something im missing or do you experience the same thing? Thanks.

Can you adjust the volume on your source device? Up the volume on the phone, for example.

I have a Samsung S20. I did check that. The volume for Audio is on the phone at its max. When you enter the Volume menu on the S20 there's even a 3 dottet menu for Extra Volume (its normaly on the Off cause of the legal hearing issues) . Ive turned that to On and swiped it to the max. Before this the volume from the Comand was even lesser, so it helped a bit but its still significant less than acceptable. I think its a car-related thing cause also the usb and Android-auto have the same issues. So all sources. I could imagine its a device related thing, but than the usb source would be louder. So i skipped that. YT music, Spotify, downloaded, it makes no difference.
The audio itself is cristalclear, the speakers dont ratlle so the system seems ok. Its just..not really loud you might expect from this kind of system. Thanks.

When searching the menus, I remember finding an option that was named "Bluetooth Volume Boost" or something akin to that. I don't have access to my car right now, but I suspect it should be under the sound settings in Bluetooth (post-facelift).

I find that it sounds louder and better with the Surround mode on. Do you have that turned on?
