energizing comfort not playing music

when I start energizing comfort it does not play any music, all other features like massage and air fresheners work, any idea?

BMW 530i

I think it was added to the facelift (2018 and higher) but not sure, it is basically setting up the ambient (music, massage, a/c) with different modes for relaxation, here is a link to it
