I have a 2019 S Class (actually the coupe) but it makes no difference for this email. The above wireless car adapter for Apple Car Play does not work properly. My Iphone connects just fine but the screen on the car turns black. It’s just a blank screen. I actually think the dongle may even be turning off the command screen. I have tried upgrading the dongle firmware, deleting all other phones on the car, resetting the command screen and fiddling with the cable. I can get it to display but it is hit or miss at best when it chooses to display. Once it does display, when it chooses to do so, it works just fine. So, any advice would be appreciated or else this is going back via Amazon. I also have a Viseo Air2Play dongle on order as I am hoping that might be better. Please just toss out ideas how to get rid of the blank screen, if you can. Thanks.
