I've gotten tons of offers in the 75k range which isn't enough to make me bite. I have a potential buyer offering 78k at the moment which is enough to make me jump ship...

The sale is logical but emotionally it's a death in the family... if this works out, fine, I'll say my good byes and revisit another S in the future. If not, the w222 and I will continue to have a thriving, happy and healthy relationship. Either scenario is a win so I'm letting fate drive at this point 😀

S is a WAY better car than the Q7, which is a car I really looked at seriously...you will regret having made that move...

The deed is done my friends... S-class is gone... Wife and I are sharing the GLE43 (we both work from home) and we have a 2004 Acura TL as an emergency beater. With the baby only 4 weeks away, it had to be done. I want plenty of excess income at my finger tips for a nanny and house cleaner so this was the way to go. Final sale price was 76.5 for the folks who have been tracking this. I already miss her a lot but this is temporary, it will not be my not S-class. I honestly think my wife took it harder than me!
