Noticed that the four jacking points under the car do not have a shape compatible with the top of my jack stands. It appears those spots may have some kind of rubber block with a rectangular opening? Is there some kind of an adapter available to mate these to garden-variety jack stands?
BTW, for clarity, I'm talking about supporting the car in a raised position on stands, not about using a jack to lift the car.
google mercedes jack pads if you are looking for something to fit into the square openings.
I use large, flat built in rubber pads on the tops of my jack and stands.
Not ideal for use with stands because the round, flat underside doesn't mate up particularly well with the "saddle" shape atop the stands, but if these 'pucks' are made of rubber, maybe they'll deform a little from the weight of the car to sit securely on the stands.
