W222 Splash Guards Mud Flaps

I ordered up some W222 Non-AMG black plastic splash guards (or mud flaps as they call them in the US) These came off eBay out of Hong Kong for around $80 USD shipped.

They fit great without the need to drill any holes. These are designed to re-use the factory wheel well hardware even though they come with some new hardware. I had to install a slightly longer 1" stainless steel sheet metal screw on the bottom of the rear units as the factory 8 mm hex socket head 3/4" screw was just a tad too short to make it all the way thru the new piece existing & mounting hole.

Tools required are a flat screw driver with a rag to pry loose the factory plastic wheel well plugs anchors, needle nose pliers, 10 mm extended socket & standard 8 mm socket on a mini 1/4" drive ratchet. Took about a half hour. Interestingly the MB logo and MB part numbers were literally ground-off as I have seen on other Chinese knock off parts, haha
