Just had BenzNinja install my ILS upgrade on a 2019 S560 with factory Multibeam LED headlamps. What a difference. It wakes up your high beams at night. No more flipping from low to high to low. Now it just moves the light around the object. Tested this last night with high beams on while on a 2 lane road. Worked perfectly.
Our 2017 E400 Cabriolet came with Intelligent Light System. Wonder why an S Class doesn't get it?

So in the tips and tricks thread, someone mentioned that ILS makes the beams operate "how they should, not just flick on and flick off". I've noticed that on auto-high beam mode in my car, I can watch the cutoff line of the headlights raise and lower as the beams activate, it's not just simply on/off. Does this mean my car has ILS enabled? Or does it do something different?

Sorry for the inaccurate description of how they originally worked. They essentially just moved up and down. Now they do much more.

Just to confirm: For the coding company/person who did ILS+ for you, you did not need to wait for any equipment or hardware to buy/rent before he was able to code it for you; correct? If so, can you share his contact info?

I think he relocated his comment to the W223 forum since it was about W223 (maybe?), though they also seem to be doing W222s all remotely. But anyway I was able to glance the comment before it was moved or removed. Seems like he got coding services from a coding company he found and they were able to do W223 ILS coding on his car and it worked out for him.
My understanding from conversation with him is that the coding company he found did it for him without the need for any rental equipment at all. Simply all 100% remotely so that’s good because no rental cost is needed, nor the inconvenience of buying or waiting for it to be shipped and shipped back.
I searched them up and they seem to be the only one able to do W2223 now. But they seem to also do a a lot of coding for W222s and all other Benz for years now, as well as a lot of BMWs as I have seen on their YouTube channel.
I will report back if I learn more to make sure all users in this community get the benefit and knowledge they need. Feel free to private message me for any info/questions.
