Hi Everyone
I've fridge (ZB Kuhlbox W222 I) in my S-Class W222 MY2019 (S560 L) equipped by factory.
I'm facing some issue with the fridge, the interior light is working but the it's not cooling at all! the (on/off) button light is blinking and sometime it's flashing.
When turn it on and both blue LED in the button is on, It's take a moments then it's become off. even the fridge fan (from the trunk side) it's not running.
could anyone have any solution for this issue?
Moreover, where is the fuse location for fridge, maybe it cause this issue

I’m still having the issue
but today I’ll try to replace the fuses [x],[Y] and [s] and check, because I replaced fuse [Y] with [X] and the fridge light is gone. I think it’s related to fuse but not sure.
You can check fuse 458 @ rear fuse box & ground but unit may be malfunctioning.

for grounding, how can I checked if it’s working or not?
moreover, the ceiling light in left rear seat ( light next of mirrors is not working.

It still is the same fuse number for the rear fridge (see attached for MY 2019).
Several ways to check the ground, you could detach the fridge wiring and measure the resistance from there towards a good ground point. Better if you feed a current load matching the fridge and measure voltage from the fridge connector towards good ground. See bulletins from konigstiger, there should be one showing issues with the ground points on a W222.

I think I’m going to have to bring it in and pay the diagnostic fee for them to show me how to turn it on or tell me what’s wrong. Blinks, then flashes, then turns off. Interior light always on when door opens but no power going to fan or fridge unit. I’ll take a video of the blink flash sequence .

I FIXED IT!!!!! so today while I was in my trunk I decided to try and push the plug in a bit more, low and behold I went and hit the button and waaalaaaaa the blinking is gone and the fridge has power. It’s all in the plug and pushing it all the way in.
