How do do this without breaking it?

Hi S-Class Heads

So the little plastic cap on the little blind on one of my rear passenger doors came off completely somehow. I have managed to reconnect it to the 'blind' but cannot work out how to clip it back onto the post that pulls it across the window. Does anyone know how to do this? I don't want to break anything!!

a) pick the phone and make an appointment at the dealer
b) on the day of the appointment, drive to the dealer and show the problem to the service writer.
c) wait in the comfortable lounge while the tech takes all the risks.

Right, for those who have this happen to them it's actually pretty easy to re-clip the plastic cover in place. First thing to know is the blind has a connection point to the 'post' and this needs to be connected before you proceed with the cover. From here you simply take the cover and slip it over the post and blind from the bottom first, ensuring the two little lugs on the blind line up with two small 'channels' on the inside of the plastic cover, 'click' you're done. Do not connect the blind to the cover first! Trust this helps someone in the future.
