Is there a center lifting point for the rear of the car?
In front, there's a cutout in the plastic undertray where you can place a floorjack and lift on the subframe, but I didn't see anything similar in back.

I would recommend against lifting directly on the differential as this can lead to leaks.
Agree, if there's anything to lift on, I would think it would be the subframe. The differential probably is attached with rubber bushings that aren't meant to carry the weight of the car.
I just couldn't see anywhere to get a jack onto the subframe, the plastic cover seems to cover everything in back.
