Dynamic Seat Leak Fix
Recently the pneumatic functions on all the seats stopped working, diagnosis indicated the pump detected a leak and shutdown but the seat modules did not. Clearing the fault and turning on the ignition with everything off there was a faint hissing coming from below the driver seat.
Upon inspection determined it was the hose that goes from the body to the seat module, black hose pictured below.
At first I had decided to just patch it but after unraveling the wiring tape and handling the hose it proceeded to disintegrate in my hands. I'm not sure if the the adhesive on the tape or exposure to temperature from footwell degraded the material (which appears to be regular polyethylene).
Only option was now to replace hose (PN 222-800-09-150) but then remembered I had some irrigation 1/4 PVC line around and decided to use that instead of ordering and waiting. Removed fitting from old line and installed in new and routed new hose, most difficult part is removing the wiring tape and putting the seat back rest cover back. I'll see how long this lasts but if I have to replace again I'm thinking nylon as I'm not happy with the material choice for the original line.
Hope this helps someone in the future.

Don't have much to add, the PN is for the black. The pink is going to be on the seat, again vinyl irrigation hose works (still working here).
