Slight Inconsistent Vibration

2020 560 4M, 42k miles

I've recently began noticing a slight vibration (shiver) at various speeds from 5mph to 75mph. It's not ongoing, very inconsistent -- most noticeable when driving through a parking lot at 5mph, it lasts a few seconds then dissipates. The other day my wife asked if the vibration was the car or the road. Anyway, it's not significant enough to be annoying...my concern is if it gets worse or is an indicator of bigger/future problems.

Also, I began noticing this after the dealership installed new tires, rear breaks/rotors & fuel pump (recall) a few weeks ago.

Probably need to rebalance tires, preferably Road Force balancing. Tires also need about 500 miles to break in, so that could contribute as well.

Thanks. I had it RFB'ed when the new tires were installed and again a week later after after experiencing ongoing slight vibrations at 65+ mph. Currently have 1,200 miles on the tires.

Did you have your rims checked for out of round? Yes, it happens.

I did not. If it was a bent rim wouldn't the vibration be ongoing? In my case the vibration is inconsistent, most noticeable at low speeds.

Tires or rotors, nothing else can be the cause. I doubt that's rotors. Most likely it's tires, especially if they were stored at the dealership for a long time. I had this kind of issues before. I bought tires from TireRack some time ago.
Brand new tires. I think it was Nokians, but it does not matter. Could not balance them no matter what I did. Called to TireRack, they exchanged them for the new set of the same tires and all issues were gone.
Go to your dealer and talk to them.

Hope it is just balance of tires, wheels, brakes, etc. but this brings to mind posts on here about low speed vibrations characteristic of 4M S560s.

IIRC, the issue was cylinder deactivation not playing well with the 4MATIC drivetrain, might do a search on that ...
