Speed limit and cruise control

Read the manual? I think I might know how to turn this off.

I like the speed limit display but I don’t like how it SOMETIMES slows down abruptly when speed limit drops suddenly. Can I keep the speed limit display without this sudden slow down when on cruise control?

Let me know if you find out how!

We were driving my wife's GLS up I-75 last week from the GA/FL line to ATL, and 4 times it dropped down to 40mph, the first one I just chalked up to a road sign, then I kept an eye out for signs, but didn't see any when the subsequent 3 slow downs occurred. I am thinking that in addition to the sign recognition there might also be something in the GPS/Nav, it was most odd.

It can be unsafe for people behind you. I guess I’ll read the manual!
