I recently saw that the dashboard theme on a 2018 can be changed. Has someone out there figured out an update to get the same feature on a 2014?

It is not possible without significant $$$$. You would need to change out your entire system to NTG 5.5, including the screens. I am aware that it has been done before (in China IIRC) but I am sure it was prohibitively expensive.

You can upgrade to the Pre-FL AMG cluster which has 2 more gauges. That is easily done by BenzNinja.

 

I am 1 month into our certified car with 2 years MB warranty so need to wait until I contract Benz Ninja for the upgrade. My main concern was if something goes wrong with the car software which could be unrelated to the Benz Ninja update, they will say it’s the software I updated! I don’t trust the dealer that they won’t play this game. It’s quite obvious of the software upgrade because it would have AMG dials etc, which I think is cool. Can’t wait to unlock features using BenzNinja 👍
