I cant speak in regards to racechip for the 560 but I had installed the racechip GTS (no bluetooth dongle) on my wife's 2020 Macan S. I originally had no intention of tuning the Macan but after about a year of ownership the thing became a boring thing to drive. After installation, I have nothing but good things to say about the car, it's an absolute joy to drive now. Boost has been increased at all rpm levels, great smooth delivery of power (very noticeable change), gas mileage has increased by 2mpg in mixed driving. Installation took 20-30 minutes including the waiting period where you have the car locked, (for the macan) it was connecting MAP sensor and Turbo pressure connection to the piggyback unit, then you set the unit (I started at setting 5 for a tank of gas, then 6 for another, and now at setting 7 where it will stay). No issues, no CEL, no issues with oil or coolant temp etc. All in all, highly recommended, bluetooth wont be necessary as you'll never be changing the settings aside from the transition period which isn't even required.
The car is under warranty so opted for the RC over ECU tune since its easily uninstalled/reinstalled in the event of any dealership visits.
