I have a 2017 350d that comes with the standard rear diffuser but it doesn’t have exhaust pipes , they are intended to look real but look a bit timid .I would like to know if anyone has removed their rear diffuser. Is it held on by clips or screws and how easy is it to do. Planning to replace with a diffuser that has more of an S63 look. Thanks,
This is what mine currently looks like at the rear. It’s basically the gloss black section I want to replace thank you .
No experience with such a change but it's my understanding that the diesel exhaust faces down, this combined with the fake AMG tips would look wierd as they are open at the back.
Thanks , the exhaust tips are directly fixed to the diffuser itself rather than the exhaust tips. Those who have removed theirs though , does it just clip off ?

I have replaced mine before. Yes it is just clips but they take some massaging / pushing to release from the bumper (they seem like 1-way clips). Shouldn’t take more than 1.5hrs all said and done.

I changed my diffuser on my s350d but I'm not happy with it.
I think I'm going to return it to its original state
I had to make a modification on the original exhaust to do the install
