What option gave it the quilted arm rest, added buttons and label on the seats? Was there an interior level above Nappa Exclusive Leather Designo?

My mistake, that is the Designo Exclusive Semi-Analine leather. Yes it was more cost than the Designo Nappa by about $4k when new.
