Picked up a gallon of coolant for my '16 S550 at local MB (Palm Beach) and paid $50. YIKES!!!!

Do you have the part number for the coolant? And is it blue or pink? I still have about 4/5 of a gallon of blue coolant (part #BQ103004) that meets MB spec sheet 325.0 and am wondering if I can still use it in my S550? It's the coolant that I used to top off my previous 2013 GL550 that had the same engine.

Mine takes the pink. Per the MB parts guy, that started with the '16's. P/N on invoice is: 000-989-68-07-09-0109...

Any idea if the main reservoir and the turbo intercooler reservoir take the exact same coolant?

Do you have to dilute it 50/50 or just add it straight out of the bottle?

Don't know why they would use 2 different coolants in the same engine. Needs to be diluted 50/50. Use distilled water.

It's quite expensive but such branded items are always more expensive than their equivalent counterparts .
Better than never buy it
