Yes the 20" rim is what fits for a spare on a 2019 S560 with 19". When you call with your tire sizes they make sure the difference in diameter is within 5% which is the specification set by the NHTSA. My originals are 27.7" and the spare is 26.9". That's somewhere in the 3.5% range if I'm not mistaken.
Ordering Socket now. Thanks!!!!!!

Before ordering a flower type lug socket be sure to check what type of lugs you have. My 2018 E400 Cabriolet and 2019 S560 4MATIC do not have that style. If your lugs have the indent in the center that looks like an allen wrench would fit then you do not use the flower type socket. The flower type lugs have a solid center.
Here are more pics of items found on the lists that I've purchased and installed.
I do not recommend the visor clips I first posted and have since removed. The black felt on the visor clip stained a beige visor in just days and the hold was weak on the glasses. I left one visor clip style on the list that's much better.
I've been changing some links and adding to Post #12 so keep checking back.
Hope everyone is enjoying their S as much as me. I've been a sedan man since my first car and have desired this beast for a long time. I have finally arrived. Installed the rear spoiler from Post #12. Painted to match for under $100 installed. Another pic of rear spoiler. The made to fit windshield sunshade for $30 on Post #12 Another pic of windshield sunshade These are those diamond patterned floor mats that cover more than the floor. A bit of over kill but really not to bad overall. Nothing will ever get to the carpeting that's for sure. Rear floor covering Rear diamond pattern floor covering Drivers floor covering This shows the seat gap storage. It doubles as a steering wheel tray. See Post #12 The cheapest rear seat entertainment system. iPhone/iPad holder for under $10. Comes with headrest post mount. Expandable and easily adjustable. Liked the rear seat headrest pillows so much I added them as neck pillows on the front. PERFECT for that space and very comfortable. I installed the 3D rotating tweeters in both front doors. Drivers tweeter installed That big ole spare from EZ Spare. The bug out kit when the zombies attack. They'll never find me with what's in this. Not on lists.

Does your vehicle not come with them I believe it was part of a package though, otherwise I remember there was a person on the forums selling them but I can't seem to find the person. Sorry about that.
If you search eBay for OEM Mercedes pillow then sort by price high to low you will see more choices. These are probably the ones removed from my car LOL.

Here is something I found for those of us without the rear seat folding tables. This is really cool for what it is. I find it very sturdy and practical.
It's the last item on Post #12 as of now.
This is the base for the tray and a cup holder. It locks into the factory cupholder tightly with a screw type mechanism in the bottom of the cup holder. You slide the tray onto a grooved slot on the side of the cup holder. The tray will rotate on the cup holder circle you see on tray Tray rotated out of position. Tray rotates 360 degrees depending on how you mount base cupholder. It may hit seats if base is put in factory cupholder wrong.
This is for those of us that didn't get the rear seat wireless charging option. Since we have a 115v outlet available to the rear seat passengers just use a USB-C 25 watt power adapter. The product specs require a 20-25 watt adapter. It comes with a little lightning cord,1 USB-A and 1 USB -C port and a USB-C cord to plug into the port or use it as the power cord to the adapter. It will charge a cell phone, earbuds and a watch. While in use it fits in the rear center armrest. When not using it goes in the storage box behind the armrest. You will find these on Post #12.
I have a Mercedes (courtesy of my dealer) in the door pocket, and then the golf umbrella, in my newly installed holder, in the trunk. Best of both worlds, if I’m at one of the kids sports games and need to run and grab a brolly, the trunk/boot is much easier to get to.
Here are the mud flaps painted body color (Anthracite Blue) on the exterior side. There are a few coats of clear coat that brings out the metallic flake when in person. They were black before and look better now even though the car is almost black to begin with. I used a spray can of plastic adhesive first (very small amount) then the basecoat color spray can then the spray can of clearcoat. Like them or not they are there to stay. I know these are a matter of opinion but it rains a lot here and I go down dirt roads at times.

Followed a Youtube video on how to remove the front door panels then just removed the old speakers, installed the new ones, connected the harness connectors, wrapped and secured all new harnesses and modules and reinstalled the door panels.

Where did you get the tweeters? Are they after market? I have a 2018 and would like this addition.
No more mudflaps and it looks better now. I was traveling I-95 in SC at 2am lowered about 25mm and ran over a truck tire tread perfectly aligned with my RH tires. It ripped both RH mudflaps in half. I was traveling with my new spare but didn't need it Thank God. I believe the factory mudflaps gave this model car a 70's Buick or car in Michigan look.

2014 W222 has a storage compartment at the bottom front of the Drivers Seat that fits a Mini Umbrella. Not sure when they stopped installing this feature...

I think that's for the fire extinguisher (mine doesn't have it).
There is a space under the door handle (or whatchamacallit) for an umbrella in the front two seats; thank you for posting that whoever did. But no such luck for the rear ones though.
