Got this message. Parking brake would not work. Brake hold would not work. Dealer replaced one of the actuators under warranty.

I have not heard of this but glad to hear it was fixed under warranty

Wonder if the 'actuator' was the motor on the rear brake caliper that pushes the pads against the rotor when parked. If so, interesting to know if Distronic was also having trouble as it probably uses the same actuators to slow the car with the rear brakes.
