Can someone please explain how to fully open the hood on a 2019 S560 to the service position. All the videos I have found are for different designs. The 2019 has the red release buttons on the hood struts but I can't find the proper procedure for fully opening it. Please also explain how to release the hood from that fully opened position and close it properly. The owners manual has nothing on it and Youtube videos show earlier designs.

I got it to work it takes a bit of fenageling.
you push one tab down, then go to the other side and push the hood up a bit to disengage the other red tab.
it’s really a 2 person operation to do it smoothly.
