A0005838200 Mercedes tire fit kit. You could also just toss in a generic off the shelf tire slime kit with pump and a tire plug kit. I have a tire fit kit in my car but would avoid it as the slime creates a mess of things when replacing the tire, I keep a kit in my wife’s car but both would only be used in an extreme jam.

Most slow leaks and flats I’ve experienced are typically mail or similar puncture damage. The plug kit saves the day 99% of the time and if you aren’t mechanically inclined YouTube can walk you through the plug steps.

Nice, hopefully it work for other models not just the W222.

It’ll work with any make and model car. It’s essentially just tire plugging goo and an air compressor. It’ll get you out of puncture jams but sidewall damage you’ll be SOL

Nothing comes in there from the factory since these cars come with horrible run-flats. When I traded in my GL550 for this car, I grabbed the jack, tire-iron, and goo kit from the GL and put it in my S. I no longer have crappy RFT's, so this is the best option without having a spare take up a bunch of space in the trunk.

I am genuinely curious, what will you use the jack and tire iron for, without a spare?

I have a runflats, a slime compressor and a tire plug kit, I figure I'll use the air suspension to raise the car up, and fight with the tire plug kit on the ground. If I were to use the slime kit, I would do it with the tire on the car. I know that the purpose of Runflats is to get me 50 miles, but when I am driving from Atlanta to Orlando at night or on a Sunday I want to be able to get further than 50 miles, and figure that these two options will do it for me.

Some of us have full size spare wheels already fitted with tires sitting around. Last RF sidewall blowout my wife had I just stopped at the house and picked up the full size MB spare then went out to meet her. Maybe someone will have a similar tire & wheel setup when you need it. Maybe you are the type to stop and help others.

Now we have new EZSpare doughnuts so the jack & wrench are part of the system but I still keep the goo, plug kit and 12V air compressor in there as a back up
