Engine air filter
How often does MBenz recommend changing the engine air filter? I can hardly find any info on that online or even on the internet. I searched this forum and didn't find a solid answer.
My S560 has been maintained at a MBenz dealer it's entire lifetime, but I can't see any indication that engine air filter was replaced dispute that with each service A or B they even listed the wiper blades and cabin AC air filter.
Edit: I also need procedure AP15.10-P-1580C for spark plugs replacement for M176, please.

I'm not in front of the computer right now so someone else can confirm for your specific engine, on the V12s it's every 30k (do sooner for dusty conditions) you can extend the time by a couple of years without issue if you don't meet the millage.
The filter replacement will be a separate line item on service receipt.

just be careful you dont rip any boots.
I had 2 that fused on and i had to get replaced because i ripped them trying to get them off.
the boots are in short supply the dealer told me.
so buy a couple of rubber boots with the spring in them.
the boots were about $12 each.

And remember to put dielectric grease inside the boots before they go back onto the plugs.

Thanks everyone. After reading the instructions I was wondering if I should just by the spark-plugs myself from FCP and let the dealer install them for me.
