Rear headrest not right

2020 S560,14 ml350, 03 sl55, silver, pano, slr cams, evo headers, lsd, 2019 s63 cab.
Rear headrest not right
Right rear headrest only goes down halfway. Other rear headrest goes all way down to seat back.
tried running it all way up and down on door controls but no luck. Even tried to push up or down to see if it was out of gear or something.
hate to go to dealership just for this. Both move downward with front switch but rr stops short.
