This S560 V-8 got 30.5 mpg average on my last trip to NC with a loaded down car. Not bad for a tune. Temp was 100 degrees that day and I averaged 70 mph but was driving 82 mostly.
You can't beat the mileage for this heavy beast.
Yep, impressive indeed for the size, weight of the car. I mean, my V8 gets better MPG than my wife's 2.5L 2015 Lexus IS250, which is a small car.
I've gotten closer to 29mpg realistic all highway driving, although the cluster said 31 or so, the cluster always shows a little higher MPG than actual. I calculate the actual by topping off the tank, driving, then topping off again and calculating how much fuel I put in and miles driven.
installed it. install is a breeze. takes a few mins. Dynamic Select 4 hrs worked (thought it was permanent not 4 hrs, but better than nothing). Didn't notice any difference on the Stage 1 ECU updates. Drives the same, accelerates the same. response is the same. What am I missing?
