I have a 2018 S560 4-matic and the sound just went out. Radio is on. I can change channels, etc but no volume. CarPlay shows it's playing a song with no volume. Placing a cell phone call and not volume. I try to use the volume button on steering wheel and center command and no volume info comes up on the screen and cannot turn volume up or down. Anyone seen this?

Thank You! will review. Went back out to the car about 45 minutes later and the sound was back. Did nothing but start it up.
