How to remove lower grill insert

How to remove lower grill insert
Noticed today I have a small little hole broken in my lower grille insert, how do I go about removing this part to replace it?




Its a 2020 with the AMG front bumper. Looks like it just pops in with clips. Have to R&I the parking sensors:
