Buddy, there’s a million sounds coming out in that video. Best I can tell is that it sounds like suspension. A very uncalculated guess would be either a shock top or your shock is completely out. Either way I would not drive that car any further. I would have it towed to a good mechanic.

if there is a plastic thing sticking out its your drain tube.
keep the tube.
they can be put back in, just need some good glue.
it can come off when water enters.
you probably went through a puddle and it dislogded.
