Loud howl noise when braking

Hi everyone,
I’m having some issues with my 2017 mercedes s550 4 matic w222 sport package with 20in wheels. I recently replaced my tires with continental dws06 plus all season non mercedes MOE tires and I also replaced my front rotors and brake pads with genuine mercedes parts. The issues that Im facing is howl/ loudness when I braking especially from 70mph. No vibration at all . The noise is like you have a winter tires and when you brake they get super loud. I really don’t know what to do anymore.

Sounds like a pad break in issue.
If you installed the breaks, did you do a pad break in?
up to 45mlh, brake to 20mph, then up to 45mph and brake down to 20mph, do this a few times, let the rotors cool by driving normally for a bit.

I would recheck that the pads are installed correctly. It is easy to slide those pins thru the caliper and yet not thru the pad itself.

Brake pads need a dab of grease applied to each end of the pad and where the caliper piston touches the pad as well as the bits on the sliding caliper that that contact the pad in the rear. Just enough to be able to feel the grease... a dab.
