Has anyone had this issue? My wife broke off the button/slider to open and close the panoramic sunroof. It's just a small piece of plastic but apparently it is not available from Mercedes, you have to exchange the whole unit which is 500 USD. A friend showed me a replacement button on Ali Express. I'd rather exchange it with a real Mercedes button.
Any ideas or experiences on this?

I would prefer original Mercedes-Benz button but why pay a lot for just a button ? It's just a little plastic thing .It's up to you . Aliexpress could do the same job as well
I have installed the ALiExpress button and it works fine actually. It's definitely not the same as the original but what you can see looks the same. Good enough for now.
