Picked up a 2014 S550 recently. Absolutely love it but ran into my first issue. Yesterday evening I was unable to move the passenger seat up and down. I received a message in the gauge cluster that said “Front-Passenger Seat Cannot Be Used Visit Workshop.” Attached a video showing the noise it makes when attempting to move it up and down. Rest of the seat functions properly including the adjustment made through the command system and the massage. Anyone run into this issue before?
