I had seen friends using older versions of Carlink in the past and in all sorts of cars and thought it was too glitchy. A little over a month ago I started reading reviews of the 5.0 version and they were mostly good. Purchased one and have to tell you that so far it has worked flawlessly. Yes, a bit of lag on cursor movement compared to wired connection but nothing that takes away from the experience.

Very configurable. Have set mine to connect after 10 seconds so it gives COMAND some time to wake up. Haven't tried it with less but will do sometime to see, maybe I could be running it with less.

FYI I'm running version 06.80.00.40 of COMAND
