Hi There! My mercedes S 400 is continuously giving a very annoying beep sound specially when the speed is slow. It goes off when I apply the brakes though

If nothing lights up on the dash and no fault codes display on a diagnostic tool (Haha, Mercedes humor) could be a vehicle tracker going wonky on a low battery. Search for the source of the sound and look for a black plastic box that looks out of place with loose wiring maybe?

it’s coming from somewhere near to steering/speed dash
surprisingly it goes when I apply the brakes and more surprisingly sometimes it keeps beeping even when I turn off the car.
