What is this little part

Found this small fan/broken shaft in the center console of newly acquired 2017 S550. Anyone have a clue what it is? Is it even related to the car?

Added key for scale. Inside fan are numbers - 63520040 PA6.6-GF25-FR. Top of fan is name- ebmpapst. Appears to be German made.

I dont think that is a Mercedes part. Parts usually have part numbers that start with an Axxxx. Could be smaller piece of another bigger part, but I doubt it.
If everything else work, then dont worry. If something is broken, you will have to buy a new part anyway. A small piece with a broken shaft is likely not going to get it fixed.

Way the seat fans deliver air (or lack thereof) it is the very mental picture of what I would expect.... though in truth I know for a fact those fans are bigger then this little guy. Looks like a slinger OP. It very likely is the fan blade used in an old laptop.

My guess, if it's in fact from the car, would be like a fan for Head unit or module somewhere.

Yeah my thought was a fan for the A/C system temp sensor. On some models there's a temp sensor in the overhead console with a tiny fan.
