Trunk doesn’t open all the way and I cannot reset the height with the button.
I have a 2018 s560 sedan base. I recently noticed after banging my head on the trunk… that my trunk no longer opens fully. I had thought it was just programmed lower by someone else but when I try to manually open it fully and hold the button nothing happens and it just closes. When I have the trunk fully opened manually I notice that it kind of droops (and will fall a bit) as well as if a motor or something is no longer functioning any ideas what this could be?
