Removing Rear Seats

I am eyeing a facelift car with the same Nappa leather and interior colors as mine, but it has the standard rear seat whereas mine has the power rear seat with memory. Wondering if it would be possible to switch the rear seats from one car to the other. I know this would involve some work, for example, the power seat controls in the door panels would need to switched into the new car, etc.

If Koenigsteiger is still on here, maybe he could find the service manual section(s) that show how the rear power seat comes out? I suspect the standard seat is fairly straightforward and just lifts off some hooks like most other cars.

Not worth the effort really. If you are buying a new car, just wait and find the right one with the options you need. You'll also need to do some coding.
If the car is already missing a feature like this, it's probably missing a lot of other features too. It's easy to find a cheap well equipped S560 nowadays. There is a ton of them as all of them including the 2020 are almost back from their longest lease period and many pre-owned S560s are available now.

I agree with S_W222 here, don't hurry up . It's not worth all those efforts
