The few times I used it, it worked quite well, but I haven't used it in years. It was kinda handy at first as I was getting used to the dimensions of the car and how to read the 360 camera, but now it's much easier to just park myself with the help of the 360 camera. The whole thing is a bit of a gimmick. If there are cars behind you when you try to park on the street it won't move and in general the process is slower than parking myself. Also as said, it can only park between two other cars. It came in handy a couple of times when I parked in a really dark area and couldn't make out the curb on the camera. I probably would have ended up curbing my wheels in that situation whereas the parking assist had no problems. The part of it that is useful is the measuring of the space, so if I'm driving along the street looking for a parking spot, arrows in the instrument cluster show when it found a large enough space on either side of the street next to the P symbol in the instrument cluster. However, you have to drive past the space first before it fully recognizes it, but if I'm not sure visually if the car's gonna fit, this is helpful.
