2020 S560 MB Connect Send to Navigation not working for about a week now
The last 3-4 times I use Send to navigation it seems to work on the phone but the car never shows the destination and the OK/Cancel button to start navigation. Anyone else see this? 2020 S560. My butler is starting to get frustrated. This is one of his favorite features.
Phone is a iPhone 13 Pro Max on 17.4.1 iOS.

Yes, I've noticed the other day and figured the service is down at the moment as this happened before. They just rolled out a redesign of the app. I got the update yesterday, but haven't tried it again yet. In the meantime, the workaround is to get in the car and wait until the phone is connected via BT and then send the destination. This way it will be sent over the BT connection instead of over the car's data connection. It may ask you to authorize the phone the first time you do it. This always works for me if the service is temporarily on the fritz for some reason.

I drive for Uber but only when my husband needs a ride. He was moaning about how I didn’t have cold water in the car yesterday and how crappy the service was. And can you believe he tried to turn off the AUTO button on the A/C? Total noob.
