Hello folks I get check engine light on, and I checked with my OBD 2 ,, I saw this code,

Sounds like your wastegate is not opening.
is your car tuned?
did you check to see if the connecting rods to the wastegate are detached? Lift off the engine cover and in the middle top you will see 2 rods.
check to see if they are attached.
it seems like a mechanical issue with wastegate not opening and making turbos spin too hard/fast.
