I have a s560 and the bluetooth sound input is very muffled, people constantly complain about not being able to here me. This happens on standard bluetooth when making a call and when im connect with carplay making a call. The input sound muffled and really far away. Sometimes people seems to be able to hear me, but majority of the times its constant complaints about not being able too.

Please Advise... Kindly

I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting. I want to take it to the dealer, but it seems like everything I take it there they make up something and say the feature is discontinued or not supported anymore(this happen with mbrace).

Should i replace the interior mics or something

Most likely a problem with the microphone.

Do a head unit reset. On my Maybach you simply had to hold the CD ejection button for a period of time with the car on (ifi recall) and the head unit resets.

On my GTC there is no CD eject button but you can access the reset on that car in the head unit menues.

I agree with the microphone being the issue. I had the windshield replaced on my S560 and had your same issue. I took it to the Mercedes dealer and they found the microphone was covered by ????? foam/whatever it was and installed the mic correctly.
