Hi Peter, thanks. Those are really close, but I don't think it's a perfect match. Based on your suggestion, I ent Brixton an email with the photo to see if it's a match. The aren't any bolts on the barrell of the one I like, but maybe that's customizable.. I also thought it might be a TSW Bathurst or an ADV or Avante Garde brand wheel.
