Just signed the papers to purchase a 2020 S560 4matic sedan with 26,000 miles and just about every option except executive seating. The trunk carpeting is virtually perfect and I would like to put a liner/mat in to protect the carpeting in case of spills, etc.

I found a number of trunk liner offerings but they usually say not suitable for cars with Burmester 3D Surround Sound. My car has option 810 which is Burmester Surround Sound System which I assume is the exclusion. In any event, has anyone with option 810 bought a trunk liner. that fits?

FYI, there is a distinction between the Burmester Surround Sound (810) and the Burmester 3D Surround Sound (811), so the disclaimer you mention may not refer to the system you have in your car.

Congratulations, post some pics when you can.

The 3D system has a sub in the trunk, back left. Thus the different liner. Maybe cut to fit if you can’t find one.

Thank you, I wasn't aware of the 811 option. Is there a place that lists all the possible options for a 2020 s class?

I get WeatherTech brand trunk and all weather floor mats for all my cars. That is trunk mat I have in the 2015 S550 and it fits like a glove. Mine has the 810 option as well. 810 is not the 3D system.
