23 states and counting. Doing it in parts since I live overseas. Will do all continental 48 (+ maybe Alaska), that's the plan. Purchased the car specifically for this and had I followed my original schedule I would have finished it by now. However, after a couple of trips I decided to take more time during each leg of the trip so I could spend more time in places that are worth it.

For a second I was wondering "why is he talking about break pads out of the blue?" Then I looked at the pictures I posted and figured out why 😂 Have heard about Powerstop but never looked into to them, but I will. Thanks for the tip 👍

Your car is far too beautiful to walk around with dirty shoes...LOL!! You'll be amazed at the difference in brake dust, with no sacrifice in brake feel, noise, or performance.

I’m thinking of pulling the trigger on a Anthracite Blue. Every photo looks absolutely Black.

For what it is worth I went to a MB dealership to look at one of in person. It was being worked so I got to see it in their garage/service bay. It is a nice color, but it didn't strike me as having any shades of black to it. Definitely a deep blue that can pass as grey. I don't know how different it will be in natural light but I don't think you have to worry about people mistaking it as black except potentially at night. All the best on your search.

Is it basically lunar blue or nautical blue but a lighter type of blue colour wise but in the dark it is just as dark looking?

I can paint so as soon as I see it in person I’ll be able to figure out the mix.
