When I’m finished I’ll hit it with leatherique pruducts.
i’ll still look into replacing the driver side seat bottom because wear is wear. I’ll take pictures when I’m finished today.

Your seat covers will not need to be replaced, they may need to be re-dyed. If you want to do this yourself, here is what I woild get:
Colourlock Strong leather cleaner:

Autofiber Microfiber scrub pads:
Dampen the scrub ninja pads and spray the strong cleaner on the pad. Work the pad into the leather re-adding more cleaner as it dries out, then wipe the leather down with a clean damp microfiber towel, and then follow up with a dry towel. You may have to do this a few times.
Once done, I would dress the leather with KochChemie Leather Star:
If this process does not clean the leather to your satisfaction, they will need to be re-dyed. I would suggest a good upholstery shop.

if you want new complete leather for your w222, I can provide you with 1:1 seat covers in any color. Will take about 20 business days to get to your door though.

It will take re-dying to get rid of the creases...

Now that I’ve had the experience with enough cars that had Nappa and Vegan leather, I’m a huge fan of Vegan leather. They last significantly longer in a brand-new condition, and they’re also incredibly easy to maintain/clean and don’t show any signs of aging or wrinkles like Nappa. No conditioning too, just wipe them clean, done, and they are always soft. However, I do enjoy the feel of Nappa leather in MBenz cars, but some other brands (BMW and Tesla) have truly mastered/perfected Vegan leather to a level that made itsuperior to Nappa or full Merino leather. The best leather I had in any car was the Semi-aniline in my 2nd S560 followed by Vegan in my Tesla, everything else was just fine but inferior.

I don’t mind at all putting time in cleaning the leather once a month to keep it good looking and feeling the best. I’m almost sure re dying is going to happen and I could do this myself once I review the steps.

You’ll be shocked how dirty your seat cushion actually is, look at the first couple photos. I think this is really the only way to go. OEM seat cover replacement. Horrible job (the tips of my fingers are throbbing right now) but worth it. I’ll have to take a steamer to it to try and get the remaining wrinkles out but even if I don’t make much progress there, looks 100 times better.
